AI Act and AI policy
Which obligations the AI Act brings for your use of AI – and how an internal AI policy handles them day to day.
The AI Act applies in stages: prohibited practices have been banned since February 2025, transparency obligations for chatbots and AI-generated content have applied since August 2026, and obligations for high-risk systems follow from December 2027. I assess your use of AI and work with you on an AI policy that employees understand and apply.
